Hey everyone! I've been testing out those phone camera undertone tests at home to determine my skin's undertone, but I'm encountering something odd. I did a test quite early on around 7:30 a.m. near my bedroom window and got a cool undertone result. Then, just after lunch at about 1 p.m., I performed the test again by the living room window and this time it suggested a warmer undertone. I know my skin doesn't actually shift colors that much during the day, so I'm pretty sure it has to do with the daylight changing and how it hits my face on camera. For example, the morning light from the east-facing window is mild and somewhat blue, but the afternoon light is brighter and warmer because of the west-facing window. I even tried switching from natural window light to a white LED lamp but still got inconsistent results.
